At 9:00 AM, the tour begins with a drive along the beautiful coastal route, passing Maidens Cove, Camps Bay, and the harbour town of Hout Bay. Upon arrival at Hout Bay Harbour, there is an optional boat trip to Seal Island, home to Cape Fur Seals (at your own cost).
Our next stop on the Full Day Private Cape Point And Peninsula Tour is Chapman’s Peak Drive. It’s one of many highlights of the day and arguably one of the most scenic drives offering a perfect photo opportunity. Chapman’s Peak Drive on the Atlantic Coast between Hout Bay and Noordhoek in the Cape Peninsula Tour is one of the most spectacular marine drives in the world. Chapman’s Peak Drive is affectionately known as “Chappies” and is a must for anyone who is passionate about the majestic scenery of Cape Town Destinations.
The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point are our furthest points of the Cape Peninsula Day Tour. You will certainly spend enough time exploring and possibly have a great seafood lunch (at your own cost).
After lunch, we make our way along the False Bay coastline to the Penguin colony at Boulders Beach to find out more about the African Penguins.
