Afternoon Bo-Kaap Tour

Embark on an exciting afternoon adventure exploring the vibrant Bo-Kaap neighbourhood with a guided tour starting at 13:30 PM from the pick-up/drop-off location. Led by a knowledgeable tour guide, you’ll delve into the rich history and culture of this area known for its colourful houses and Muslim heritage. Highlights include visits to Atlas Trading Co, where you’ll learn about spices used in Indian and Malay cuisine, and Monkeybiz, a craft store supporting local artists.

Along the way, stop at the historic Auwal Mosque and the iconic Bo-Kaap Arch. After the tour at 14:45 PM, head to a venue for an Indian/Malay cooking/baking demonstration, where expert chefs will showcase traditional recipes. Enjoy tasting the delicious dishes and desserts before wrapping up around 17:00-17:30 PM and being transported back to the pickup/Drop off location. The package includes snacks, soft drinks, a qualified tour guide, and transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle. Gratuity is not included.
